New Zealand Finance (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, how we use and share it, and your rights. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us (for example by email or a contact form) or leave a comment, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and how you interact with the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, and through analytics tools.
We do not ask for or collect sensitive financial details (such as bank account numbers) — the site is an information resource, and any application for a financial product happens directly with the relevant provider on their own website.

Overseas storage and disclosure

How long we keep your information

Children’s privacy
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
